Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are you located? NaplesSUPco is a mobile business. Your paddle location is chosen based on your paddle expectations and wind/weather conditions. We will make recommendations that best suit the needs of your group. All equipment is delivered to our agreed upon launch location. 

  • What is the price and how do I book? Prices vary depending on the service you choose. Check out our services and prices here. If you are ready to book, you can text/call NaplesSUPco or visit our Facebook page and click "book now."

  • What should I bring to my lesson/tour/rental? We recommend that you wear clothes that can get wet and bring drinking water. All other belongings can be left in your vehicle. Water shoes can be worn on the board, but it is not at all necessary. A dry bag can be provided to you upon request for belongings you'd like to bring along (phone, sunscreen, etc.) Lastly, we recommend against wearing expensive sunglasses as they tend to get lost at sea. 

  • How do I pay? Once you book a service, an invoice will be sent to you via email. The invoice is paid online by payment method of your choosing. Payment is due prior to the time of your service.

  • Will I sign a waiver? Yes. When you book a service with NaplesSUPco, we will send you a link to our waiver. Each person who will be on the boards will need to sign and submit a waiver online. Anyone under 18 needs a parent/guardian signature on their waiver. You can find a copy of our waiver here.

  • Can I bring my kids? Kids can ride on an adult's board free of charge. Recommended age to ride along is 2-8 years of age. We offer kids sized boards for kids up to 75lbs. Kids are quick learners and tend to have great balance on the board!  

  • Is there a weight limit on the board?  Our boards hold up to 300lbs.

  • What is your inclement weather policy?  We keep a close eye on the weather and wind conditions for each service booked. We will keep you updated and contact you if wind and weather will adversely affect your paddle plans. You are free to cancel (with full refund) or reschedule due to weather. 

  • What is your cancelation policy?  As stated above, canceling due to inclement weather is acceptable as well as other reasonable unforeseen circumstances. Customers must cancel in advance with at least three hours notice. In these cases, a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued for customers who fail to adhere to the scheduled paddle appointment (aka no call/no show.)

  • I've never been on a stand up paddleboard. Will I be able to do it? We specialize in first-timers! Most of our first time paddleboarders say, "it was easier than I thought it would be." Give it a try! It's easier than you think and always an adventure. 

  • Can I read reviews of your services?  Yes! We have a five star rating on TripAdvisor. You may read reviews or write your own review here.
